Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage day-to-day business operations across departments.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Supervise department heads and ensure team alignment with company objectives.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of key personnel.
Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.
Prepare regular performance reports for management and suggest improvement actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
