General Manager Leasing

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead retail leasing operations for shopping malls, high streets, and mixed-use developments. Identify, pitch, and onboard national and international retail brands. Manage developer relationships and exclusive leasing mandates. Mentor and oversee a team of leasing executives. Drive deal closures and track revenue targets. Prepare market intelligence, location analysis, and brand strategy presentations. Handle lease documentation, LOIs, and negotiation processes end-to-end. Note: Preferred Female Candidate Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail leasing (malls/high streets). Previous experience in an IPC, real estate consultancy, or developer-side leasing preferred. Excellent network within the retail, F&B, and fashion industries. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
