General Manager

Skills Required Oversee and deliver multiple projects on schedule, adhering to QA/QC procedures. Review project proposal and plans to determine time frame, staffing requirements and allotment ofavailable resources to various projects.

Coordinate with Detailing Manager and Project Managers to execute project planning. Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure adherence to documentation standards. Guide teams, document controllers, and employees to follow QA/QC systems. Define project activities, responsibilities, critical milestones and resources. Optimize costs, time utilization, and minimize waste to deliver projects on time and within budget. Keep in track of schedules and deliverables on all the jobs.

Coordination between inter-departments like Sales, Estimation, QA/QC, IT, HR and Administration. Foster high levels of team engagement and develop team capabilities. Mentor and guide team members to achieve professional growth and meet performance expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing with AISC and OSHA standards. Strong knowledge of Tekla software. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead teams.
