Opening with a leading Real Estate company for their office in Hyderabad

Role: GM HR

Experience: 17 Years+

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Partner with senior management to shape organizational structure, culture, and workforce planning
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Implement robust onboarding, performance management, and succession planning programs.
  • Lead leadership development and training initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct periodic benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Maintain a positive work environment that promotes fairness and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.

HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll, HRIS, and personnel administration.
  • Drive HR process automation and data-driven decision-making through HR analytics.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Culture & Change Management

  • Champion organizational values, culture, and diversity initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts during organizational transformations or restructuring.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and modern HR practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in driving HR strategies that support business growth.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms and data analytics.
