Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, based in Mandamarri. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project execution, and ensure the timely completion of OB and coal removal work. Responsibilities include staff management, coordination with other departments, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive the success of multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Open cast coal mining projects as DGM or AGM particularly in Coal mining projects.
• Leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in resource allocation and budget management
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively
• Engineering degree or relevant qualification in civil engineering or a related field
• Similar work Experience in Singa
