This position is for a Senior Manager - Engineering within Cat Technology India. In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support & lead global teams developing on-board technology systems, site simulation, data analytics and validation.
- Managing the engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on organizational goals achievement, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Supervising, recruiting, mentoring, and developing a staff of over 250+ Caterpillar engineers in India & Australia. This Role has direct reports in India and Australia.
- Monitoring and continuously improving product and process performance, quality and cost-effectiveness for all engineering activities and deliverables.
- Executing day to day management activities aligned with strategy and business plan, including ownership of internal and external partner relationships.
Education Requirement
- Requires a degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics Engineering)

Additional Information:
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
