Job Summary

South Delhi residential market

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage luxury residential sales assignments independently.
Drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
Execute sales strategies, manage client interactions, and ensure a seamless transaction process.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury residential market to support sales and advisory efforts.

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience in luxury residential property sales
Must have handled South Delhi market
Strong background in client servicing, business development, and sales strategy
Excellent communication skills and a confident, polished personality
Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
Stable career trajectory and leadership mindset

Preferred Industry Backgrounds

Luxury real estate firms (e.g., Colliers, DLF, Zege Consulting)
Premium hospitality
Private banking and wealth management
