Salesforce Developer (LWC & Integration)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer with 4.5 years of hands-on experience in building robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and complex integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Lead the development of modern and responsive user interfaces using LWC, adhering to best practices and performance optimization.
• Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using various integration patterns (SOAP, REST APIs, middleware solutions like MuleSoft, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications and integrations, providing timely resolutions to production issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for platform enhancement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4.5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), including component design, development, and debugging.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events, etc.).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
