Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  Salesforce OMS demos

  ,

  proofs of concept (POCs)

  , and

  internal team training

  sessions.

• Design, configure, and customize

  Salesforce OMS, including

  multi-warehouse setups

  and

  omni-channel inventory routing

  .

• Develop and maintain automation

  using

  Flow, Apex, and Composite APIs

  for complex order lifecycle management.

• Integrate Salesforce OMS

  with external systems (ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, SFCC, etc.) using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and middleware.
• Configure and customize

  SOM orchestration flows

  for various order lifecycle events.
• Implement secure integration practices using

  Named Credentials, OAuth2, JWT

  , and

  Composite APIs

  .
• Build and optimize

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  ,

  Apex classes

  ,

  SOQL/SOSL queries

  , and

  Aura components

  where necessary.
• Utilize

  Flow Builder

  ,

  Orchestration Flow Designer

  , and legacy tools like

  Process Builder

  where applicable.
• Work with

  Platform Events

  and

  Change Data Capture (CDC)

  for event-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to

  build knowledge and self-sufficiency

  in Salesforce OMS best practices.

Required Experience

• 10+ years

  of Salesforce experience, with

  hands-on expertise in Salesforce OMS

  .
• Proven experience with

  multi-warehouse configurations

  and

  omnichannel inventory management

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce integration patterns

  ,

  secure authentication mechanisms

  , and

  enterprise system connectivity

  .

• Prior experience conducting Salesforce OMS training

  and enablement sessions is a

  plus

  .
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  to drive demos and knowledge sessions effectively.
