Qualification : MSW/MBA/PMIR / Master in Mass Communication
Location : Corporate Office - Hospet
Job Requirements:
- The General Manager CSR will lead the organizations Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and execution. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring CSR programs aligned with the company's values, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements. The GMCSR will drive social impact initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and ensure long-term value creation for both the organization and its stakeholders
Kannada Language mandatory.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.
- Identify key social, environmental, and community issues where the company can make a meaningful impact.
- Design and manage CSR projects related to education, health, environment, livelihood, skill development, etc.
- Ensure CSR initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and measurable.
- Collaborate with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders for project partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations (e.g., Companies Act, 2013– India).
- Monitor CSR budgets and expenditure in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic CSR reports to management and board-level committees.
- Publish annual CSR reports for inclusion in corporate disclosures.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in CSR forums, conferences, and social impact events.
- Promote employee volunteering and community engagement programs.
- Develop KPIs to track the impact of CSR initiatives.
- Conduct field visits and third-party evaluations to assess project effectiveness and ensure transparency.
- Coordinate with corporate communications to highlight CSR efforts through internal and external media.
- Manage content related to CSR on the company’s website, social media, and newsletters.
- Any other task assigned from Time to Time by the reporting manager
