Assignment Overview

The Chief of Staff will support the Chief CSR Officer in driving strategic initiatives across Diversity & Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, and Digital Inclusion. This role involves high-level coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful execution of CSR strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Chief of Staff will facilitate communication, collaboration, and delivery of key CSR programs and events.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Assist in developing and implementing CSR strategies across key domains.
  • Support the creation of strategic documents and presentations for senior leadership and board-level updates.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across CSR teams and other group functions.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee planning and execution of transversal CSR projects.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Coordinate CSR events such as workshops, network calls, and leadership connects.
  • Contribute to the social media strategy by generating impactful content.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills:

    Fluent in Business English
  • Communication:

    Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Organization:

    Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Consulting Experience:

    Strategy consulting background is a plus
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical capabilities
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
  • Education:

    Degree in Social Innovation, Sustainability, D&I, or related fields preferred
  • Passion for CSR:

    Demonstrated interest in CSR domains; volunteering experience is a plus
  • Work Style:

    Independent, self-driven, and proactive
