Role & responsibilities Promote and raise awareness of social initiatives across various sites. Collect, formulate, and maintain profiles of contract and migrant workers. Liaise extensively with local government authorities and key stakeholders to facilitate program objectives. Fulfil tasks and assignments as set out by the supervisor. Maintain and monitor Management Information Systems (MIS) and ensure proper documentation of all activities. Build and maintain rapport with site in-charges and other relevant personnel. Organize regular meetings and workshops for workers on topics such as social security schemes, financial literacy, health (primary and occupational), legal awareness, and other issues aimed at enhancing the dignity and welfare of workers. Communicate with workers to address their grievances and concerns. Facilitate and enable workers' access to various government benefits and entitlements. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in community outreach or worker welfare initiatives is desirable Proficiency in documentation and data management Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Employment Type Third Party Contract
