  • Developing and executing strategic plans aligned with the company's mission.
  • Setting goals and objectives for the business unit or company.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

2. Operations Management:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing budgets and financial performance to achieve financial targets.
  • Implementing business strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
  • Delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.

4. Financial Management:

Developing and managing budgets, Analyzing financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), and Monitoring cash flow and financial performance.
