-Directly generate revenue by selling exhibition space for trade shows, expos, and industry events.
-Drive sales outreach and convert leads through cold calls, meetings, referrals, and existing networks.
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through consistent sales performance.
-Lead sales and business development efforts for exhibition space and sponsorships.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, exhibitors, and stakeholders.
-Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions and trade shows.
-Identify, approach, and onboard new exhibitors relevant to the event theme or industry.
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs.
-Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
-Conduct research to identify target companies and industry segments.
-Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously identifying and qualifying prospects.
-Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and floor plan suggestions for clients.
-Lead contract negotiations and close deals independently.
-Proven ability to independently drive revenue and close deals.-Strong knowledge of the exhibitions/conference/event industry.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working without team support.
-Strong industry network across exhibition sectors (building material)
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
