General Manager Business Development

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of business plan for the year
• To generate enquiries and business in various segments such as HVAC, Railways, Power Generation, Construction
• To lead marketing, customer support, project management
• To generate business from existing and new customers
• Key account Management
• Team development, retention, and management
• To achieve revenue and profitability targets based on the business plan
• To co-ordinate with different stakeholders in India and abroad

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in mechanical and production engineering
• Experience in sales & marketing of industrial products for minimum 15 years
• Experience in sales & marketing of latches, door handles, hinges, latching systems is Preferred
• Experience in sales & marketing to customer segments such as HVAC, Power Generation, Railways, Construction if Preferred
• Communication skills in written and spoken English
