Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflows and processes
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and negotiations with clients or partners
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of talent across departments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
• Ability to drive results and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Familiarity with industry best practices and market trends
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (valid work permit or Singaporean citizenship)
