Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Assign roles, responsibilities, and deliverables to project team members. Mentor, coach, and support project teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders, resolving conflicts and promoting a team- oriented environment. Risk Management and Problem Solving: o Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. o Resolve project issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and objectives. o Conduct regular project status reviews, addressing any deviations from the plan. o Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented and followed throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: o Act as the key point of contact for all project-related matters with senior management, clients, and other stakeholders. o Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and results to the leadership team. o Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals for management and key stakeholders. o Ensure alignment of project goals with stakeholder expectations and requirements.
