Job Title: General Manager

Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 (Negotiable based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and drive our organization towards achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managerial roles with strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent communication abilities. This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all functions of the organization, with a strong focus on team management, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the entire team to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Drive business growth by developing effective strategies, setting clear objectives, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including administration, financial analysis, and vendor management.
  • Analyze financial reports, monitor budgets, and implement corrective measures to ensure profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between various departments for smooth functioning of operations.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in administration, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve business performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for top management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 – 15 years of managerial experience in a similar role, preferably within the MSME sector.

  • High level of integrity, decision-making ability, and strategic thinking.

  • Hands-on experience in the MSME sector will be highly valued.
  • Proven ability to handle pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to organizational growth and team development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
