Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Pune. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the food services, including managing staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining customer satisfaction, and complying with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to senior management. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Financial Reporting skills
• Experience in Food Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction management
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in the food industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in the food services or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
