General Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations, including developing and implementing production schedules and plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and leading a team of production workers and supervisors. - Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and quality control departments. - Monitoring production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. - Implementing cost-saving measures and strategies to increase efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. - Managing inventory levels to support production schedules. - Implementing and overseeing maintenance programs for production equipment. - Identifying and resolving production issues in a timely manner. - Preparing and presenting production reports to senior management. - Participating in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing management role. - Strong understanding of production planning and inventory control. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in implementing continuous improvement programs. - Proven experience in manufacturing management or supervisory roles. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. - Excellent organizational and planning skills. - Ability to manage and lead a team effectively. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
