General Management Internship in Agra

Cloudfy Systems LLP is a digital and technology solutions company specializing in SaaS products, cloud computing, collaboration platforms, and digital services. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Intern who can support multiple business functions including HR, operations, and client communications.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

HR & AdministrationAssist in recruitment (posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, coordinating interviews).Maintain employee records and support basic HR operations.Assist in onboarding and intern coordination.Operations SupportHandle day-to-day office operations and documentation.Support in managing partner/vendor communications.Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and proposals.Client Communication & CoordinationDraft and manage business emails and follow-ups with clients.Coordinate with clients for scheduling calls/meetings.Support sales/ops team in client-facing communication.General SupportAssist management in any ad-hoc tasks related to SaaS business operations.Contribute to content writing for business documents and client presentations.

Skills Required
