Job Description

Your role
We are looking for a highly experienced Engagement Product Business Analyst with 4 - 15 years of experience in Finance, Banking, P2P, O2C, R2R , and AI/ML technologies . This role demands strong client engagement skills and the ability to integrate Generative AI into business processes to deliver high-impact solutions for Chennai, Pune & Delhi-NCR location

Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

Lead requirement gathering and analysis for P2P, Finance, and AI/ML integration.

Translate client needs into actionable insights and solution proposals (As-Is / To-Be processes).

Integrate Gen AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product features and business outcomes.

Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize based on business value.

Drive project planning and delivery in alignment with client expectations and timelines.

Provide training and support to clients for smooth adoption of implemented solutions.

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Conduct walkthroughs and facilitate knowledge sessions on ITGC and process automation.
