We are looking for a detail-oriented Gemstone Inventory Manager to handle end-to-end inventory control, ERP updates, stock accuracy, and coordination between sourcing, production, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has strong gemstone knowledge and an ownership-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage gemstone inventory across grades, sizes, shapes, and categories.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming/outgoing stones and update ERP regularly.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure zero variance.
• Track lot-wise and location-wise stock for SEZ/EOU units and ensure compliance.
• Monitor movement of gemstones across departments (Bagging, Production, etc.).
• Identify mismatches between physical stock and system entries and resolve quickly.
• Generate MIS reports, valuation summaries, and support audits.
• Identify ageing, slow-moving, and high-yield items and provide insights.
• Coordinate closely with buying and manufacturing teams.

Skills Required:

• Ownership mindset — you improve systems, not just follow them.
• Strong understanding of gemstone grading, origins, treatments & calibration.
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP and batch-wise traceability.
