Description
Role Overview: As a Service Integration Manager at the Global Digital & IT Delivery and Competency Center (GDDS) of Air Liquide, your role will involve facilitating communication and workflow between GDDS teams and their core/regional counterparts. You will define clear handoff protocols between onshore, nearshore teams, and vendor teams within GDDS to ensure effective operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the business continuity plan for GDDS operations, adapting and securing service delivery, and ensuring operational continuity in response to evolving needs and circumstances. Key Responsibilities: - Define Interface Protocols: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and processes. - Document agreed-upon interface protocols, including communication channels, escalation procedures, reporting requirements, SLAs, KPIs, roles, responsibilities, data exchange formats, and security protocols. - Obtain buy-in from stakeholders. - Monitor adherence, track metrics, and identify deviations. - Facilitate communication between teams. - Resolve issues and conflicts. - Continuously improve protocols based on feedback. - Provide training and support on protocol application. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service, GCC of Industrial setup, Core Industrial companies, Mid-size MNC with a global presence. - Experience working on cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and Global Operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong process orientation and workflow optimization abilities. - Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Diplomacy and negotiation skills. - Cultural awareness and adaptability. - Proficiency in Power BI and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
