We are looking for a highly skilled GCP Data Engineer to join our team at Xovient, playing a crucial role in designing and implementing data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data architectures.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement data pipelines using Google Cloud Dataflow, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
Develop and maintain large-scale data architectures on GCP, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Optimize data processing workflows for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues related to data pipeline failures and implement fixes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data engineering.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Scala.
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
