Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Conduct initial interviews over the phone or via video conferencing to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews.
Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure a smooth interview process.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in GCC countries (Gulf region). in Mid and senior level hiring for white collar.
Strong understanding of Overseas Recruitment and Gulf Recruitment regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work independently from home office setup or travel to office whenever it is required.
