• Collaborate with global executive teams to define and execute the GCC's technology vision and roadmap.
• Drive the 0 to 1 setup of the center, including infrastructure, talent, and culture.
• Product & Delivery Oversight
• Lead end-to-end product development and delivery across multiple verticals.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Team Building & Capability Development
• Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and product teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Technical Excellence
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and agile delivery.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary technology liaison between the GCC and global leadership.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively to all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

seasoned technology leader

• 18-25 years of experience in engineering, product development, or technology leadership roles.
• A proven track record of setting up and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large tech delivery hubs.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, agile delivery, and technical architecture across multiple domains.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in global matrix environments, collaborating with executive stakeholders across geographies.
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving digital transformation from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
