Responsibilities:

- Review fit samples on dummy or live models

- Share clear measurement feedback and correction notes

- Identify construction issues and suggest changes before bulk

- Approve/mark changes on spec sheets for fit, size set, and PP samples

- Track pending comments and size set/PP sample approvals

- Check prototype, SMS, and PP samples for consistency

- Ensure fit and stitch details remain consistent in production

- Coordinate with factories to resolve fit or construction concerns

- Attend PP meetings to support with fit-related insights

- Maintain records of all sample stages and feedback

Requirements:

- 3-year diploma or degree in Fashion/Textiles

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sample development or garment tech- Good understanding of fits, patterns, and garment measurements

- Basic working knowledge of Excel and email tools

- Exposure to CAD/grading software is a bonus
