About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design

direction for both men’s and women’s apparel. The ideal candidate should have a strong

sense of fabric, fit, and construction, and an eye for modern, minimal, and refined design.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founders, product, and sourcing teams to develop

collections that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Take end-to-end ownership of the design process from concept development to

production handover for men’s and women’s categories (shirts, t-shirts, dresses,

tops, etc.)

● Conduct trend and market research to identify emerging styles, fabrics, colors, and

silhouettes aligned with brand identity

● Create seasonal mood boards, design sketches, and color palettes

● Prepare detailed tech packs, CADs, and specification sheets for sampling and

production

● Communicate and coordinate effectively with manufacturing units and vendors

to ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely execution

● Work closely with fabric suppliers, pattern masters, and sampling teams to

maintain brand standards in fit and finish

● Oversee sample development, approvals, and on-time readiness for launches

● Partner with the marketing and content team to align design narratives with

campaign visuals

● Analyze product performance and customer feedback to improve future collections

● Travel when required to manufacturing units or mills for fabric selection, sampling

supervision, and production coordination

Skills & Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Apparel Design or related field

● 4+ years of experience in apparel design (experience in D2C or startup

environments preferred)

● Strong understanding of fabric behavior, pattern-making, and garment

construction

● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW

● Excellent sense of color, proportion, and detailing

● Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and vendors

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic startup environment

● Willingness to travel for vendor communication, fabric sourcing, and production

follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience designing for both men’s and women’s categories

● Awareness of sustainable materials and ethical production processes

● Familiarity with trend forecasting platforms (e.g., WGSN, Fashion Snoops)

● Prior experience with premium, minimal, or lifestyle apparel brands
