Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations

Executive to join our team in Mysore. This role involves managing customer interactions,

coordinating daily operations, and supporting backend processes to ensure seamless order

fulfillment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is eager

to grow in a dynamic eCommerce environment.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and

professional manner.

  • Handle product-related inquiries, returns, and exchange requests with a

customer-first approach.

  • Resolve complaints effectively while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Use and maintain a support ticketing system to track, prioritize, and follow up on

issues.


Operations & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively update customers about their delivery status.
  • Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Generate regular reports related to customer queries, order fulfillment, and

operational performance.

  • Support implementation of automation tools to streamline support and order

processing.


Tool Proficiency & Data Handling

  • Use modern software tools effectively, including AI-powered tools like ChatGPT.
  • Excel/Google Sheets expertise is essential for reporting and reconciliations.
  • Perform basic finance transaction reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a strong advantage.


Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ years of experience in customer support,

operations, or eCommerce.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and modern productivity platforms.
  • Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for online retail, fashion, and sustainability is a plus.
