We are a technology-driven services company delivering scalable products, interactive experiences, and custom software for gaming and enterprise clients.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Game Developer to design, build, and optimize cross-platform game experiences. The role requires strong programming skills, familiarity with game engines, and the ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced services environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Implement high-quality, optimized game features using Unity, Unreal, or HTML5.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and product managers to deliver functional gameplay.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews.
  • Identify and resolve performance, memory, and platform-specific issues.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, analytics, and backend services.
  • Participate in Agile processes: sprint planning, estimation, and releases.
  • Provide technical support and enhancements for delivered client projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on game development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, C++, or JavaScript (depending on tech stack).
  • Experience with one or more engines:
    • Unity (preferred for mobile & cross-platform)
    • Unreal Engine (preferred for high-fidelity games)
    • HTML5 / Phaser / Three.js (for web games)
  • Solid fundamentals in gameplay programming: physics, AI, UI/UX, and asset integration.
  • Mobile development and app store deployment experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/Bitbucket) and debugging tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet client deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
  • AR/VR development (ARCore, ARKit, Oculus).
  • Multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, PlayFab, AWS GameLift).
  • Shader programming and graphics pipeline knowledge.
  • Experience in a services/agency environment with multiple projects.
  • Basic DevOps knowledge for game CI/CD pipelines.

  • Fast learner; adaptable to new tools and client requirements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
