1. Role Overview

full-time Oracle Fusion HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide

   techno-functional expertise

   in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, primarily

   Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Self-Service

   .
2. Participate in

   full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support engagements

   .
3. Develop and maintain

   Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Integrations (OTBI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs)

   .
4. Configure HCM modules to align with business requirements and compliance needs.
5. Support

   Payroll processing and statutory requirements

   (India / Middle East regions preferred).
6. Work closely with business stakeholders to

   gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues

   .
7. Provide

   user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

   .
8. Ensure system stability and deliver

   continuous process improvements

   .

3. Required Skills & Experience

1. 6–10 years of experience

   in Oracle HCM, including at least

   4+ years in Oracle Fusion HRMS

   .
2. Strong expertise in

   Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management

   .
3. Technical proficiency in

   Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, Integrations

   .
4. Proven track record in

   end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations and production support

   .
5. Strong PL/SQL, reporting, and integration skills.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
7. Ability to work in a remote, full-time environment with global teams.

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of

  Fusion Benefits, Talent, and Compensation modules

  is a plus.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
