Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Furniture Production Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modular furniture production and the ability to streamline processes, maintain quality control, and meet delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end furniture production including cutting, edge-banding, assembling, and finishing processes. Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless workflow. Supervise factory staff and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Conduct quality checks and ensure final output meets design specifications. Maintain and optimize factory equipment and tools. Generate daily production reports and suggest improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, or related field. Up to 5 years of relevant experience in modular furniture manufacturing. Strong understanding of woodworking machinery and modular furniture components. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and production plans.
