The role involves supervising and coordinating across Carpentry, Polish, Marble, and Metal Works departments to ensure seamless execution, top-quality craftsmanship, and timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities Production Oversight: Manage daily operations across carpentry, polish, marble, and metal works divisions. Planning & Scheduling: Develop production schedules in line with client orders, design drawings, and project timelines. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to premium quality standards in all furniture finishes and detailing. Team Management: Supervise skilled artisans, foremen, and technicians, providing leadership and resolving workflow challenges. Process Optimization: Streamline production processes, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency without compromising craftsmanship. Material & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with the purchase team and vendors to ensure timely availability of raw materials like wood, veneers, polishes, marble slabs, hardware, and metal fittings. Design Interpretation: Liaise with the design/technical team to translate CAD drawings and specifications into accurate production outputs. Health & Safety: Implement factory safety practices and ensure compliance with labour and workplace regulations. Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly production reports and update management on progress, delays, and solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in production management within furniture, interior, or luxury manufacturing industries. Skills: Strong knowledge of carpentry, polishing, marble, and metal fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop-floor detailing. The candidate should have a deep technical understanding of modular furniture manufacturing , joinery, hardware systems, and finishing standards, ensuring smooth coordination from factory to site installation. Key Responsibilities Installation Oversight: Manage site teams during modular furniture installation and fit-out activities, ensuring accuracy as per design drawings. Project Coordination: Liaise between the factory, site engineers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Technical Knowledge: Apply strong technical expertise in modular furniture systems (kitchens, wardrobes, workstations, partitions, etc.), hardware fittings, edge banding, lamination, veneers, and finishes. Site Management: Plan manpower, tools, and resources for on-site execution; resolve issues in real time.
