And were counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all, EYGDS People Consulting (PC), HR Transactions / HR M&A Manager Managing the global workforce in todays fast-changing and highly disrupted environment is becoming increasingly complex As a member of our People Consulting practice, youll be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with the organizational plans while keeping employee experience as one of the core considerations When you join us, you will gain crossfunctional, multi-industry and a truly global work experience to take your career in the right direction The opportunity We are looking for a Manager with expertise in delivering HR Mergers and Acquisitions / HR Transactions Projects to join the People Consulting team This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team, Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the HR Transactions PMO by overseeing project governance, managing milestone tracking, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across HR Transactions emphasizing on post-merger integrations, spin-offs and carve-outs Lead and support end-to-end delivery for global transaction assignments across multiple time-zones Manage and grow the HR M&A consulting services capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices Support account teams in expanding existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling of related services Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration for the team Support leadership in developing/growing the practice, support in demand generation for learning projects in collaboration with EY global offices, and contribute to global thought leadership on EYs service offerings Drive proposal development, client pursuits, and RFP responses in collaboration with global teams, contributing to business growth and strategic positioning People Counsellorship: Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous learning and development of the team Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth Lead and support direct reports to enable and motivate them to achieve their individual goals Skills and attributes for success: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants Ability to manage sensitive conversations and resolve integration-related conflicts High integrity and commitment to work in a new and challenging environment Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for global audiences Collaborative mindset, cross cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively with diverse teams and clients High energy levels, agility and adaptability to meet evolving client needs Open to travel nationally and internationally for client projects that are approved as per EY and country specific travel advisory guidelines To qualify for the role, you must have: 11 14 years of experience in Human Capital and HR Transactions Consulting Conversant with at least two full HR M&A lifecycle engagements, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Strong understanding of the HR landscape, including total rewards, compensation structures, country-specific compliance, organization design, and transactionschange management principles Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment relating to employee rewards and reporting related to broad based compensation and benefits Understanding and experience of the full life cycle of Human Resources function Experience in review and analysis of current scenarios and underlying assumptions Ability to report potential key issues to Buyer including identification of future risk factors Experience in providing timely and effective reporting of findings and post deal concerns Ability to identify possible approach post-merger or acquisition Project management skills Masters or MBA degree in HR or similar Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects Good understanding of data and talent management tools such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors Demonstrated leadership capabilities of collaboration across boundaries and working in highly matrixed, ambiguous and challenging situations Strong data-analytics, Excel and Power BI skills Proficiency in leveraging technology ?
