Job Title: IT & ERP Executive. Location: Pune, Maharashtra No. of years of experience: 1- 2 Years Qualification: Graduate (preferred IT) IT Responsibilities: IT Support & amp; Troubleshooting: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, networks and hardware. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, and peripheral devices. Minimize time to respond to and resolve user-reported issues. Install software updates, security patches, and driver updates to ensure all systems run smoothly. Provide on-site and remote support to users for software, hardware, and network problems. Assist users with system login issues, printer setup, software installation, and troubleshooting application errors. Provide technical support for end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues. Analytical and problem-solving skills Diagnose and fix hardware problems for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot printers, scanners, projectors, and other external devices Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services. ERP Responsibilities: Enter business-critical data such as customer information, inventory details, purchase orders, and financial transactions into the ERP system. Review and verify the accuracy of data to ensure it aligns with source documents (e.g., invoices, receipts). Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries. Regularly update master data (e.g., supplier lists, product catalogs) to ensure system relevance. Identify data entry errors causing operational issues and resolve them promptly.
