Position: Technical Content Writer Location: Thane, Maharashtra No. of years of experience: 1- 5 Years Qualification: Mechanical Engineer (Diploma or BE) Key Responsibilities: 1)Shall be required to submit a content plan for various social media content and mass mailing by creating scheduled calendars and adhering to them. 2) Ensuring the accuracy of technical data and verifying the same with concerned authorities. 3) Making scripts for animation videos and live videos. 4) Coordinate with various teams to understand customer pain points and take briefings for various requirements of content. 5) Understand the technical context behind the working of tools and service procedures. Skills Required: English Copywriting, Technical Understanding of Hydraulic Systems, Excellent communication skills, and organizational skills. Soft skills required to interact with others and coordinate with other teams and SMEs, Create plans for content in various media - print and digital, have a knack for understanding customer pain points, and the ability to work under pressure.
