Key Responsibilities:

Pre-implementation and project management

Requirement analysis and planning:
Conduct thorough requirement analysis with Business Analyst and create BRD documents.
Data migration strategy:
Plan and execute the migration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Understanding SFA module features. Understanding Client data. Preparing mapping Farvision template data. Meeting with client for data clarification. Preparing Template data and validation. Coordination with development team. Data upload and validation with client data. Meeting with client and handover uploaded data.

Required Qualifications

any graduate except B.Tech.

Skills and Competencies

Communication:
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Flexibility, patience, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Technical Skills:
Basic technical troubleshooting skills. Very good knowledge into excel functions like Vlookup, Hlookup, pivot table etc. required.
Team Coordination:
Ability to coordinate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive support.
