Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fullstack Web Development Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, providing hands-on training, and supporting students through their learning journey. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting virtual classes, assessing student performance, and offering career guidance. The instructor will also collaborate with other instructors and support staff to enhance the learning experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in

  front-end and back-end web development

  .
• Teach students to build, test, and deploy

  full-stack applications

  using modern frameworks and tools.
• Develop and update

  curriculum, labs, and real-world projects

  aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor learners on coding best practices, problem-solving, and project development.
• Guide students in mastering key technologies such as:

• Front-end:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue

• Back-end:

  Node.js, Express, Python/Django, or Java/Spring

• Databases:

  SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

• Version Control & Deployment:

  Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Support students in building

  capstone projects

  for their portfolios.
• Prepare students for

  internship and job readiness

  by integrating soft skills and industry expectations.
• Continuously update course content with

  emerging technologies

  in web and app development.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field

  (Master’s is a plus).
• 3+ years of

  professional experience

  as a

  Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer

  .
• Strong expertise in:
• Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Back-end frameworks (Node.js/Express, Django, or Java Spring Boot).
• Database design & integration (SQL & NoSQL).
• RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with

  cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  is an advantage.
• Prior

  teaching, mentoring, or training

  experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passion for helping others learn and succeed.
