Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cloud and DevOps Instructor based in Accra. The Instructor will be responsible for teaching and training students in cloud computing and DevOps principles. Key tasks include developing and delivering course content, conducting lectures and practical sessions, providing mentorship and support to learners, and evaluating student progress. Some work from home is acceptable.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  (Master’s is a plus).
• Proven industry experience in

  Cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and

  DevOps tools

  .
• Strong expertise in:
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g.,

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Kubernetes Administrator

  ) are an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and empowering learners to succeed.

• Deliver engaging, practical, and industry-aligned training sessions in

  Cloud Computing and DevOps

  tools, platforms, and practices.
• Develop and update course materials, labs, and projects to reflect

  current industry standards

• Mentor and support students through assignments, hands-on labs, and real-world case studies.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and improve training modules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest

  Cloud & DevOps trends

  and integrate them into teaching.
• Prepare learners for

  certifications

  such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.
• Foster a collaborative, inspiring, and supportive classroom environment.
