About The Role
The position is part of the Technology (Geeks) team within Assessment Solutions. The role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of the technical assessment platform, working alongside senior engineers, tech leads and product managers to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- .Net programming to build a world class product which is scalable and secure (model to be used by millions of users).
- Collaborate with senior engineers in designing, structuring, and developing code modules.
- Participate in module development, testing, and documentation under supervision.
- Deliver module releases in rapid iterations; manage risks, dependencies, quality issues, delivery, and integration timelines.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, framework and best practices of the organization.
- Work with global team and global products.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2.5 -4 years of experience in C#, Asp.Net/.Net Core/MVC, SQL, JavaScript/Jquery/React.
- Experienced in integrating systems using APIs is good to have.
- Experienced in handling end to end modules / client delivery.
- Exposure to database design or/and database querying is good to have.
- Interest in developing products and learning new technologies.
- Self- driven, persistent, action oriented and goal driven.
- Should have a positive attitude toward AI adoption and be eager to explore how AI can improve technical assessment platforms.
