Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer and Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, analysis, and support of complex applications within the Service Order Management domain. You will bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementation, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with TMF principles and the needs of a dynamic telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Analysis & Requirements

• Collaborate with functional analysts and domain architects to translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable technical user stories.
• Analyse complex provisioning logic, especially for orchestrator applications, which interact with multiple backend systems and network elements.
• Quickly learn and understand the functionalities of interconnected applications to ensure accurate implementation (e.g., implementing IP subnet mask rules).
• Analyse defects, propose solutions, and implement new features with a deep understanding of both business logic and technical constraints.
• Ensure solutions adhere to TMF (Tele Management Forum) principles, including CFS/RFS/API standards.

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components.
• Front-end: Develop user interfaces using JSP, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Back-end: Implement business logic and integrations using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Struts.
• Integrate with various backend systems and external APIs using SOAP/XML and REST/JSON.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing (Jasmine/Karma for Angular, JUnit for Java), and automated end-to-end testing (Playwright).
• Use tools such as Openshift, GitHub, Maven, UML, SoapUI, and Postman for development, deployment, and testing.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Support go-live activities and provide production/operations support, including defect analysis, workaround implementation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project estimations, and release management processes.
• Document technical solutions, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Masters or bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in both technical analysis and full stack development.
• Proven experience in telecom environments, with a strong understanding of provisioning logic and TMF standards (CFS/RFS/APIs).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn complex application landscapes.
• Experience with both front-end (JSP, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and back-end (Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Struts) technologies.
• Experience with integration technologies (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON) and tools (Openshift, GitHub, Maven, UML, SoapUI, Postman).
• Strong knowledge of unit and automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, Playwright).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and improvement-minded attitude.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent in English.
