They also specialize in web designing and development which is supported by search engine optimization and public relations solutions PROFILE SUMMARY Experienced Web Developer with a proven track record in delivering scalable and high-performance web applications. Skilled in leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and architecting solutions that align with modern web technologies and best practices. Proficient in a range of programming languages and frameworks, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and team collaboration. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and websites Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers for cohesive web solutions Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintainability Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural plans Identify and implement performance improvements across frontend and backend components Stay current with new technologies and industry trends; incorporate innovative solutions where appropriate Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development process Provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth in problem-solving and code design SKILLS Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js Strong development skills using Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or .NET, with experience in building RESTful APIs Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Experience with version control tools such as Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficient in debugging, optimization, and profiling web applications Excellent understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with Shopify for creating websites ELIGIBILITY Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration in web development Proficiency in modern CMS frameworks, advanced WordPress development and platforms like Contentful Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana Active participation in open-source projects or a strong GitHub demonstrating coding expertise WORKING DAYS & TIME Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have Experience working in Marketing/ Digital Marketing Agency?
