Full Stack Web Developer

Job Summary:

As our Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining dynamic, mobile-first, and responsive websites and web applications. You’ll work closely with the founding team to bring our vision to life online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Grasshoppers' main website and microsites
• Develop both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end components
• Integrate third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, CRMs, analytics, newsletter tools)
• Create user dashboards, inquiry forms, booking engines, and landing pages
• Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and mobile compatibility
• Optimize for SEO, speed, and accessibility
• Troubleshoot bugs and manage ongoing site maintenance
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams on new features and content

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Web Developer
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Solid experience in back-end development using Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations
• Experience deploying websites on platforms like AWS, Vercel, Heroku, or Netlify
• Git version control and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Bonus: CMS experience (WordPress/Webflow), SEO best practices, or working on sustainability-related tech

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience [Rs. 5,40,000 - Rs. 7,20,000]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
