We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, particularly with Java Springboot, and will also have experience with React.js on the frontend. As the Full Stack Senior Engineer, you will primarily focus on backend responsibilities while overseeing and supporting frontend tasks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leading by example in designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems, while ensuring both backend and frontend components function seamlessly together.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable backend services using Java Springboot.
• Architect and develop REST APIs and microservices to support internal and external platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners and frontend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and efficient task execution.
• Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring system consistency and reliability.
• Oversee the frontend development when needed, leveraging React.js, TypeScript, Storybook, and CSS.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and container-based architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contribute to end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
• Act as the key technical point of contact for the engineering team, driving decisions on technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong proficiency in Java Springboot.
• 3+ years of experience with React.js and frontend technologies (TypeScript, Storybook, CSS) is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with modern development tools such as Swagger, SonarQube, and automated build pipelines.
• Knowledge of accounting or transactional data systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
