Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
PHP
(preferably Laravel / Symfony or similar frameworks).
Build clean, responsive front-ends using
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
Work with
MySQL / PostgreSQL
(or similar) to design efficient schemas and write optimized queries.
Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs
and third-party services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps, Design) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding standards and architecture.
Own the full SDLC: requirements understanding, estimation, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release improvements.

What we’re looking for

10+ years of hands-on experience
in PHP-based web development.
Strong experience with at least one major
PHP framework
(Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.).
Solid front-end skills in
JavaScript
, along with strong command over
HTML/CSS
.
Strong database design and query optimization experience (
MySQL/PostgreSQL
).
Experience with
Git
and standard CI/CD workflows.
Good understanding of
OOP, design patterns, and software architecture
.
Experience working in agile environments and with distributed teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP).
Exposure to
Docker
or containerized deployments.
Experience leading a small development team or acting as a technical lead.
