We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer (Team Lead) who can lead a team of developers, architect robust solutions, and deliver quality projects on time.

Position Overview

As a Full Stack .NET Developer (Team Lead), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure.
You will lead a team of developers, manage project lifecycles, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and DevOps processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Angular.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services or internal systems.
• Work with SQL Server (including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning).
• Implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Manage source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build responsive and intuitive front-end applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high security and scalability.

Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor a team of developers; provide technical guidance and career development support.
• Assign tasks, review code, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and project managers.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, architecture design, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with the Microsoft technology stack.
• Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of SQL Server (including complex queries and database design).
• Experience with Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and project management.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have (Optional but Preferred)

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
• Experience working with third-party APIs and payment gateway integrations.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
