Experience- 3 to 5 Years

Budget- Upto 20 LPA

Graduation- B.Tech preferred CS or IT

Percentage- Class 10th & 12th- 80% & above

Location- Noida Sector 135 (5 Days Work from Office)

Candidates fron Gaming Industry will be given preference .

Skill Set Required:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a

  full stack developer or tech lead.

• Strong knowledge of

  JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Frontend).

• Solid backend experience with

  Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

• Experience with

  REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Proficiency with

  databases (PostGres/Oracle).

• Familiarity with

  Git, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS preferably), and CI/CD.

• Demonstrated ability to take

  ownership of products/features from concept to launch.

• AI/ML concepts, Frameworks like Google ADK, Langchain/Langraph. etc

We are looking for a dynamic Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of our products. You will work closely with product managers, frontend and backend developers, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will not only write clean, maintainable code but also guide and mentor the development team, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead discussions around technical feasibility and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications.

● Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

● Drive architecture and design decisions for frontend and backend systems.

● Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for quality, security, and performance.

● Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines with the team.

● Ensure seamless integration between UI/UX design and backend logic.

● Own and improve DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines as needed.

● Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
