Full Stack Lead

As a seasoned Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of developers while championing best practices in the field. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around architecting and developing high-performance applications that are both scalable and latency-efficient, utilizing Node.js and Nest.js. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with front-end developers and product teams to seamlessly integrate server-side logic with user-facing features. Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure the highest quality and maintainability of code, as well as providing guidance on complex technical challenges, will be part of your routine. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing databases, and implementing caching mechanisms and other optimizations to enhance the efficiency of backend services. Additionally, implementing best practices for security, data protection, and compliance across all systems will be a top priority. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development, with a strong command of Node.js, JavaScript, and asynchronous programming. Your background should include designing and implementing microservices architectures, maintaining APIs, and integrating third-party services. Proficiency in databases such as MySQL and NoSQL, along with knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms like JWT and OAuth, is essential. Furthermore, your familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud will be beneficial. Effective communication skills are a must, especially in leading teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
