Full Stack Lead

As a Full Stack Lead at our Gurugram location with 7-11 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of developers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software systems, overseeing high-quality software development practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the product. Taking ownership of system architecture and design decisions, you will also be involved in the development of AI models and their deployment, while ensuring proper version control and CI/CD processes are followed. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting with problem-solving, technical challenges, and staying updated with emerging technologies and AI trends. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position. Your strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, coupled with in-depth experience in AI/ML development and working with LLMs, will be essential. Additionally, your experience in system design, architecture, development practices, software development best practices, agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be highly valued.
